Hi, I am Sara. I am a success coach, but not your average success coach.
The world is suffering, and trust me, I have been there… and I still have my days aboard the struggle bus.
In my many years of coaching, I found something interesting. When I just felt blah, unhappy and like something was missing, it was my little secret. I suffered in silence. But, after having so many real and raw conversations with family, friends and clients, I am like so many others.
I have realized that often times those who are suffering, struggling or just “going through the motions,” you wouldn’t know by looking at them. I know from personal experience and I have that in common with so many of my others.

Do some days feel like you are struggling in silence?
Leaders, like us, want to contribute to our organization, we want to be good team members, when we go home we want to be good parents and partners. But what’s actually happening is….
We never feel like we are doing enough, we are feeling overwhelmed, it’s creating dysfunction at work and at home. We may be worried we will always feel like to stay on top, work/life balance is impossible. We might feel guilty because after a long day at work, our family is excited to talk about their day, but we lay in bed at night feeling guilty because we were mentally elsewhere, and yet again we missed another precious moment to connect with those we love.
We think, “What am I doing wrong?” or “If I just keep going now, I can enjoy more later?” but we know that it’s a solution and doesn’t even really make sense. But without a solution we stay trapped.
I can relate to ALL of that!
The good news is, there was nothing wrong with me and I am on mission to end the silent suffering.
After years of formal education, trainings, mentorships and certifications I really feel like I found the “secret sauce.” I know, I know, you have heard that before, but trial and error of implementing things in my own life has lead me to here and to now.
One thing about me, integrity is a top value of mine, so I have never asked a client to do anything I have not done myself. #rolemodeltheway

High performance isn’t about doing more…
It’s about BEING more.
It’s about being more present with with people, it’s about having better relationship skills, it’s about being a role model to those around you, it’s about being clear about what you want and how to make it happen and it’s about being proactive and not reactive.
The second piece, positive well-being, it’s also crucial to thrive.
Positive psychology has only been around since 2000, and it’s newer perspective compared to others in the field, but I love how it’s different.
Traditionally, psychology has been focused on what’s wrong with someone. We have this huge book that says you have this symptom, this symptom and this symptom, and need this, which is great and very needed, but positive psychology focuses on what is going right and how to emphasize what’s good and working.
Your well-being impacts your physical health, emotional health and mental health.
By integrating high performance habits with positive psychology, I help burnt out and frustrated leaders establish absolute clarity around the life they want, discover addictive patterns that are keeping them stuck, and learn (simple and easy to implement into the busiest of lives) steps to change their thought process and behaviors, so they can achieve a vibrant career and an extraordinary life.
